Paper Pumpkin Possibilities The Best There Is

Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop for the May 2024 Paper Pumpkin kit named The Best There Is. Here is the kit as intended.

Now follow along with me and others as we share are all the possibilities with this fun kit.

For today’s alternative, I wanted to use some of the crumb cake card bases we received in the kit. I also have a new set of dies called Everyday Details and wanted to use the fun border. I also love the tree stamp we received with this kit.

To start, trim your crumb cake cardbase from the kit down to 4 1/8 x 5 3/8.” At the bottom of this piece begin building your scene using the tree stamp from the kit. I used Mossy Meadow ink when stamping my trees and used the second generation method (not reinking or inking and then stamping on scrap paper before you stamp the scene) to stamp the other two trees. I then used the small dotted stamp to create grass or leaves (however you interpret them) at the bottom of the trees. I then started cutting the dots using the Everyday Details die from about the top of the card and working down. I did this several times shifting the die to fit in the groove of the previous one until I got about middle ways into the crumb cake card front. Next I used a scrap piece of Misty Moonlight to give the scene some separation. My scrap piece is about 3/8″ tall and trimmed to 4 1/8″ to match the crumb cake piece. I stamped the sentiment using the label, stamp, and ink from the kit. I added the sentiment with diminsionals on top of some leave die cuts. The Misty Moonlight leaves come from the kit and the Mossy Meadow ones come from the Wild Fern dies. Below is a still photo of the card.

Now follow along to the other bloggers for more alternative possibilities.
